Use of CatNet services

18/06/2012

Monitored CatNet services are composed by:

  • CODI: Service correcting code in L1 (it groups CODCAT and DGPS services) and designed for GIS -under one metre accuracy.
  • RTKAT: Service correcting phase in L1 and L2. It is free in two data formats: RTCM 3.0 and RTCM 2.3.
  • RINEX: Files provided by the CatNet Web service as a RINEX shop format, not differenced from virtual files nor CatNet station files.

Real time services (CODI and RTKAT) have a low volume of data and require high integrity with the data channel related to errors and delays. RINEX service for downloading files requires high capacity channels.
