RSS is a format to share and distribute online contents, such as news. So, using an RSS reader you can read news that ICC publishes without having to access the website.
There are browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer 7) and e-mail accounts (Gmail, Yahoo) that already include this reader, but if this is not your case, on internet you can find a wide variety of RSS readers (www.gencat.cat), also called "aggregators".
You can add ICC news to your reader by clicking on the following links, or copying the address (right click on the link and "Copy shortcut"). If you use Outlook, you can read the tutorial.
If you use Internet Explorer 7, check that you have turned the RSS reader option activated (on "Internet options").
