The Technical Commission for the development of the Cartographic Plan of Catalonia and INSPIRE Directive, in its meeting nº 20 held on 3rd July 2012, decided to create the Working Group for drawing up the technical specifications of the Path Network of Catalonia (GT CT1:PCC-INSPIRE XC).

The functions assigned to this group are defining the data model and drawing up the technical specifications of the Path Network of Catalonia (PCC – ID10705), in such a way that they include the information required by the different concerned agencies, serve as a data sharing model and take into account the existing standards or those which are in their definition phase, as well as their integration into the Integrated road graph of Catalonia (PCC – ID10706).
